Insurance

I am not an in-network provider for any health insurance plans. If your insurance has out of network benefits, it may cover a portion of the fee after your deductible is met. Please contact your insurance provider to determine whether your plan covers meetings with out of network providers.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan cover out of network outpatient psychotherapy?

Do I have an out of network deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept checks and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
